This spacious and charming home is steps away from your private deeded beach access ( 2-minute golf cart ride) and a mere 150 feet from the resort-like community pool. VITAMIN SEA is conveniently located near a variety of sought-after 30A beach destinations like The Big Chill, Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, surrounded by charming shops, top-rated restaurants and entertainment for families and adults alike. Vitamin Sea is pet-friendly, comes with a 6-seat golf cart and boasts smart TVs in every bedroom, and offers 6 beach chairs and beach towels. The moment you pull up to Vitamin Sea vacation begins. A generous and welcoming screened-in front porch invites family and friends to enjoy coffee, happy hours, laughs and memories You and your companions will love your stay at Vitamin Sea! TRANSPORTATION - 6 person golf cart (with signed waiver - must be 25 to operate). - Bikes are popular on 30A! Should you decide to rent some, a discount code to a local bike shop will be provided with your arrival information HELPFUL NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATION - Golf Cart Parking: There's designated parking at the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Street and the Waterhouse condos. - Large resort style pool (heated depending on ambient nightly temperatures) - Community green space (located at pool) BEACH ACCESS/SERVICE: - There is deeded beach access directly across from the neighborhood. - In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "set" (2 chairs and an umbrella) otherwise you may use the access and walk 2 minutes to the right or 4 minutes to the left to the public access. - Beach Service is provided by a local vendor; information provided after booking. We love dogs and are happy to provide a dog friendly space for your vacation! However, it's important to note that dogs are not allowed on any of the beaches along 30A. There is a dog beach at Pier Park located at 16303 Front Beach Rd. Panama City Beach where Fido can meet some new friends and enjoy our gorgeous Emerald Coast! A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets (dogs only) are only allowed with Owners/Property Managers' prior approval. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and the Guest will be evicted. Pet fees may apply. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

Very comfortable home in a beautiful neighborhood. Golf cart was a big bonus as was the golf cart parking near beach access. We loved the spacious kitchen and found the built in ice maker to be a nice feature. Mattresses were very comfortable and everything was so clean! So many little details provided made our stay one of the best ever. The accommodations for our pets made them feel very welcome and we were grateful to be able to have them along for the week with us! Thanks to everyone who made “Vitamin Sea” a great place to enjoy a relaxing time at the beach!
