As you enter this home, you are immediately immersed in its gorgeous setting by the large windows that fill the room, all providing views overlooking the trees. You and your loved ones are going to love relaxing in the beautiful living room, outfitted with a plush L-shaped couch there is plenty of room for you to curl up and relax. Pops of color fill the room from a stylish blue chair to artwork and decor, you will be charmed by this space’s modern mountain home style. A fireplace fills the room with warmth inviting you to cuddle up and warm up by the fire while you watch the snowfall through the windows or take in a favorite show on the large, flat-screen TV. From the living room, you can step out to the patio where you will find two patio chairs and a small table perfect for sitting out and enjoying your morning coffee while you take in the fresh mountain air. A nearby shared community clubhouse dining area is outfitted with a spacious wood table with seating for ten, where you can dig into a delicious meal or set up a favorite game. Ideally situated next to a convenient kitchen bar with seating for three, you can easily dine or socialize while staying central to the memory-making. On the other side of the kitchen bar, you will find the clean and well-laid-out kitchen that is centrally located to it all. The kitchen is outfitted with spacious granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and a full range of cookware. When you are ready to tuck in for the night you will find the first bedroom located on the lower level just behind the kitchen. This room is a loft-style bedroom which will require guests to use the ladder to access the full mattress in the loft area. In addition to a comfortable place to sleep, you will also find a TV so you can watch a movie before bed. Underneath the loft space, you will find a quiet workspace with a desk and office chair, a peaceful spot to catch up with any remote work needs. A stylish half bathroom with a single-sink vanity outfitted with under-the-sink storage space is connected to this bedroom. Make your way upstairs where you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms of the home, each of which feature ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is an impressive space with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace adding to the wow factor of the room. The bedroom is outfitted with a plush king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a dresser with a TV on top, and a cushioned chair which folds down to a twin sized bed. Adding to the luxury of the room is a beautiful ensuite full bathroom where you will find a modern double-sink vanity and a separate room with a bathtub/shower combo and toilet. The second upstairs bedroom is set up as a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds making the space a great room for sharing or for the little ones in your group to bunk together. The bedroom includes a dresser, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo. The third upstairs bedroom is a stylish space that features two full beds, a 6-drawer dresser, a mounted TV, and a reading chair. The third bedroom’s ensuite bathroom provides a spacious space to freshen up with a large double-sink vanity that includes under-the-sink storage space, and a separate room with the toilet and bathtub/shower combo. Rounding out the home is a stacked washer and dryer making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.
This home is perfectly situated minutes away from the base of Canyons Village at Park City, placing you in the middle of the action at Canyons Resort. Just a 10-minute walk from the home will take you to Canyon Village where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with Orange Bubble Express, Red Pine Gondola, and Cabriolet Ski lift all within a less than 15-minute walk. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 10-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 11 minutes away. Or get in some shopping at the outlets located in Kimball Junction just a 14-minute drive from the condo. This home is your all-in-one base for a memorable Park City experience! One of the biggest perks of this unit is the FREE van service that brings our guests anywhere they want to go in the Canyons Resort. Simply download the app and you’re able to navigate your way to wherever you want to go. The Red Pines Gondola is only a 5-minute walk. It’s a great way to get an aerial view of the Canyons Village and is not to be missed while you’re here. If you’d prefer to explore on foot, take the free bus into Park City, and take in all that historic Main Street has to offer.
Guests will have access to the entire home and 2 parking spots, one under the covered parking space, and another directly next to it. Guests will also have access to an outdoor locked storage area for ski gear or bikes making it easier and more convenient to enjoy the mountains. Guests also have access to the clubhouse, where there are shared amenities such as a heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, dry sauna.
Recreation Facility Hours: Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Winter (Thanksgiving to the 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Winter amenities include heated pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and dry sauna. Please be aware of clubhouse and pool rules (full details on our website). Important reminders: A pool pass is REQUIRED for access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna Absolutely NO GLASS, ALCOHOL OR SMOKING The guest limit is 10 guests per Townhome unit Please bring towels from your unit Red Pine Community: Rules and Regulations Pool and Clubhouse - No glass or alcohol: Prohibited items include glass bottles, alcohol in cans, and all other forms of alcohol - No smoking or vaping: Prohibited items include cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, cigars, joints, and all other smoking materials. As per the Utah Clean Air Act, smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building or recreational area -Pool passes are required for entry -Maximum pool guests for Townhomes: 10 people -All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times -Failure to abide by Pool and Clubhouse rules may result in loss of pool access. Red Pine Townhomes - Parking: Each unit has two parking spaces in their carport – one covered, one uncovered. - Residents must only park in the spaces connected to their own unit. - Vehicles may not be parked in front of dumpsters or on the street to allow for trash pickup and snow plowing. Trash - All waste (trash and recycling) must be placed in the appropriately marked bins. - Absolutely no furniture, appliances, or construction waste is permitted in the Red Pine dumpsters. These items must be hauled off property to a dump. Clubhouse notes: Please note that The Clubhouse will close for the season starting on Monday, April 22nd and will re-open Memorial Day Weekend for the summer. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
