This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect retreat for your next vacation getaway. After a fun-filled day in Park City, relax in the comfortable sofa and plush love seat in the family room. Cozy up with your loved ones next to the warmth of the indoor fireplace as you admire the stone finishes while sipping on a cup of hot cocoa. Unwind for the night watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV while snuggled up in cozy blankets as you gaze at the night sky through the glass windows. Step out into the private outdoor balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air. Guests will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen where the chef in your family can whip up a delicious meal for the rest of the group. Keep the cook company with the bar stool seating in the breakfast bar. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area as you share exciting stories from your fun-filled day in Park City. For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom features a lovely queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a vanity table, a full-length wall mirror, and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has two comfortable twin-size beds, a flat-screen TV, and ample storage space. A full bathroom with a single vanity is available for guests during your stay. A shared laundry room is available in the complex.
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. The Main Street Historic District is a short 20-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Park City Mountain Resort base within a mile from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to ski shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 20-minute free bus ride with Munchin Rd and Adolphs bus stop on multiple routes only a 5-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within a mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home and a private outdoor balcony. You will also have access to one free parking space on the underground reserved parking on the premises.
Air conditioning and heating units are available in the condo. Please note that there is also a shared laundry facility at the building. Please note that all garbage must be disposed of in the Lot G dumpster, it is located in the lot where the entry to the parking garage is. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
